    what if my stereo doesnt have the rite hookup? what kind of stereos have that kind of set up?

  2. TRXfiend says:

    Simple, straightforward, just what I need. What type of wiring setup would you recommend for 2 1000w 10″ subs running from a single amp? [e.g. bridged, parallel, or series] I have diagrams for each setup but I’m not sure which is best to use, cheers, Daniel.

    Are you serious? Some guy came to my shop and said he wanted to make a video, so i said some basics about audio. You can’t cover every aspect of the stereo installation in a video, that’s why we stay in business…..and your mom is a jack ass

    @FreezEntertainment check your driver side wheel well, theres a panel in there that your battery is housed in. this is usually on these newer 08′ and up vehicles. they do that because heat is the killer of batteries, thats why its in an odd position of your car, its away from the rising engine heat.

    @dollphinspirit lol, i’ve had to jump a BMW before and we couldnt find the guys battery anywhere. All that damn plastic under the hood gives a clean look, but if you dont have the right tools to get it off when you need to you’re up the creek.

  21. 1q1q1q1q1q says:

    this guy sucks at installin car audio did you see the other bare wires? and he crossed the rca’s not that really matters unless it was a mono amp and the best and sure way is to sodder the wires and he for got to tell you that you want the fuse under the hood about 12 inches from the batt post and you want your ground no longet than 12 inches the shorter the better and this jack ass and others need to stop puttin videos like this on here it hurts people runnin a car audio biz like me

  22. Stash201212 says:

    Hottestoreo@ mine was on my passengers side, in a ford escort! But you’ll see usually a big wire loom or a group of alot of wires coming through a big rubber gasket in the fire wall, check from your engine side too(under the hood) and see where thenwires gonthrough on that side:)

  24. sniffsumglu says:

    @hottestoreo

    most cars have them slight above where your feet are when you are sitting in the front seats. look down there and then look up a little bit so kinda behind the dash, you should see all your stereo wires going through the same hole, some cars have extra ones which you can run it through but i put mine through where all the stereo wires go.

  25. hottestoreo says:
